El Grill Bar

The Bar Grill of the Carlton Hotel is the meeting point for customers (staying at the Carlton Hotel or not) who want to enjoy a good coffee, various pintxos and the most exclusive cocktails. Its maximum capacity is 30 people.

Monday to Saturday: 08:30 a.m. to 00:00 p.m.
Sundays and Holidays: 11:00 a.m. to 00:00 p.m.

Private bar El Bunker

The Bunker is exclusively enabled to offer cocktail and coffee break services, but also for product presentations given its special condition. Its maximum capacity in cocktail format is 35 people.

What was a reinforced concrete shelter hidden in the basement of the hotel, with an underground chamber twelve meters long by four wide, housing some plenaries presided over by the Lehendakari during the bombings in the Civil War. Today it is an elegant English-style bar located on the ground floor of the hotel, with fine woods, comfortable armchairs, and photographs of the celebrities who have passed by.
